A month ago the company Icinetic launched Radarc, an IT programme with an international focus which will aid the work of computer programmers and software developers.
The idea arose from a complex research project at the University of Seville. The objective: to begin a change similar to the industrial revolution, in the software world. The result was Icinetic, an innovative business with an international focus that has just launched a new product which will “revolutionise” software creation. Radarc is a tool conceived by Lucas Gozálvez and his business partner Jonathan Cáceres which facilitates the work of computer programmers. ”Software development is a work of handicraft; the programmer sits in front of the computer and begins to write, and from that text various IT applications arise.”
Radarc is a programme which produces software in a simple, mechanised way. It has barely been on the market one month and already more than 100 users have tried it out through its web page, www.radarc.es. The creator of the idea, an IT and systems engineer, was born in Huelva but has lived in Seville for the past 10 years. He asserts that this new product will change the way in which computer programmes are produced in a way similar to the industrial revolution. ”At the moment the Andalucian economy needs to invest in new technologies and create innovative and competitive products.” The development of Radarc has been possible thanks, in part, to financing from the The Board and University of Seville’s Agency of Innovation through the Research Results Transfer Office (OTRI).
